shape after childbirth are even getting ready for childbirth, improve
you strength, recovering after surgery and injuring, we can help you to
achieve this,
Abs everyone is treated as a individual, therefore we will design a specific programme to suit your needs, goals,
and time limits. If you are trained by one of my trainers, I will
always oversee your training programmes and visit you to see how you
are progressing with your programme and fitness, therefore you will
have two people looking after you.
We travel to you bringing all the necessary equipment. You don’t
need a lot of space to have an effective training session. We will
train you in your office, are even in your local park. We cover a wide
area and will travel up to 20 miles and will do our utmost to fit in
with peoples busy schedules or even when your kids are at school, all
to make life easier for you.
We always arrange an initial consultation which is free of charge. I
then see what trainer is most suitable to you, and your needs. We
disuss your goals and you fill in a medical questionnaire and it gives
me a deeper insight to you.
I will then carry out fitness testing which is crucial to identify
where any weaknesses in the body and design your programme around these
results. We have realistic goals both short and long term. Testing
consists of weight, blood pressure, body fat, various cardiovascular
testing, muscular and strength endurance. This will always be re-
tested to see the progression of you fitness.
